This study determined the duration and urea concentration of corn straw ammonia production, Twelve plastic bags containing 5 kg corn straw immersed in 50% water, each produced ammonia by using urea concentrations of 2 and 4% respectively in 6 bags each for 1 and 2 dine and samples were dried in oven 40 - 60 degree. Results indicate that each treatment was not significantly affected by dry mater digestibility, however organic matter digestibility was significantly affected. Duration of treatment were not significantly affected by the two intervention. It is suggested that 4% urea concentration and one week duration gave better results for ammonia production.
