In the globalization era, human resources investment is necessary in order to support a competitive organization. Human resources as organization assets is important as it generates and enables other resources to work. By managing potential human resources the organization will be more competitive and not easy to be imitated by its competitors. Thus human resource investment cannot be neglected because it will be difficult for organization to become successful without improvement of its human resources knowledge and capability.
