Policy discussion often begins from the assumption that the economy is operating in a sub standard way and policy issue is to move economy to a better level. One aspect of a succesful policy is to ensure that economy the government has not been successful in fixing it. Some experts bluntly propose their views and simultaneously the government is very indecisive. Life has become a heavy burden to people of the lower economic status and public revenue is not able to mobilize national economy, This situation is due to the reluctance or lack in trust of investors both domestic and foreign to enter the economic market, This problem should not be seen in only one dimension but must be approached from a comprehensive intergrated point of view through a so-called grand strategy of economic recovery.
