A water structure constructed in the drainage channel will influence its water flow. The uniform flow in the drainage channel may change due to water structure in it. The flow maybe varied. This varied flow is divided into two : 1) gardual varied flow, 2) rapid varied flow. This paper will discuss the use of the three methods for water surface curve calculation are : 1) numerical integration, 2) graphical integration, and 3) the step method. Comparison of results of the three methods is described using a weir built in a river flowing through a city.
