Islamic political parties are those that support the aspirations of Muslim by placing the Holy koran and Teaching of the Prophet (Hadiths) as a means of determining political policy. The development of Islamic pollitical parties began by the birth of Sarekat Islam (SI). They developed in accordance with the political system accommodated by the government. in the reformation era there are many Islamic pollitical parties, which is the result of the multiparty system facillitated by the government.
