Isi artikelProject scheduling is considerably crucial foa an organization dealing with many projects undertaken simultaneously during a planning horizon within limited availability of resources. Hence, organization needs to schedule the all projects in such a way as to respect the project's due date in one part and to meet the limites amount of resources available in the other part. This paper addresses the multi-project scheduling problem under multiple resources constraints. Therefore, an optimization model has been developed based on the SCREAM's objective functiona dn the constraints proposed by Pritsker. The objective function of the model is to minimize the relative total cost of the project which comprises idle resources cost, over time resources cost, and project lateness penalty cost. The model has been applied to a case with hypothetical data. The problem under study should be modeled into integer linear programming formulation and the LINGO software is used to seek the solution. the result shows that the model is able to provide the optimal solution. Thus, the model can effectively solve the multi-project scheduling under multiple resources constraints. Nevertheless, it is then necessary to develop an algorithm so that the large-scale problem can be efficiently handled.
