Overweight and besity are conditions where the daily intake of nutrition is more than the daily needs, It is shown in the excess of fat undeer the skin and in other body organs which cause increase in body weight. A condition where a person has a Body Mass Index of more than 30 is categorized as obesity. The major cause of obesity is intake of energy, which exceeds daily needs, Obesity causes several negative impacts to the body such as an unattractive appearance, less anergetic activity as well as various disease complications. Therefore, the best treatment to avoid obesity is reduction of energy intake through a balanced low calorie diet and exercising regularly.
