Recently, the presence of pawn shop institutions not only are utilized by people of lower class but have also been used by those of the upper class in society, This fact proved that enhancement of the number of new clients stemmed from the increase in entrepreneurs who have trouble in obtaioning work capital. This is due to scarcity of credit and high bank interest. To overcome these financial problems, there is a need to improve the performance of pawnshops for the sake of enchanced service quality and to extend its contribution to all members of society.
