Karl Marx is a philosopher who had a new interpretation on state and power-before him the other "utopian socialsm" thinkers were Saint-Simon, Robert Owen, Fouler and Proudhon, Marx who chaimed himself as a founding father of "scientism socialism" used the Hegel's theory by declaring that the end aim of history was to create a sosialistic society, not a democratic sociecty such as described bytheoretical experts of the liberal state. He indicated in his analysis that emperical facts showed human history as the history of "class strugle". in the era of capitalism workers were the rotation motors of historical change. The state, after the workers handled it, had power to realize the implementation of a communistic society without exploitation and oppresion.
