The objective of study is to analyze the disparity of frequency of scientific works done by LPND researchers that have been examined by the National P2JP. The data were collected from the documentation of researchers' credits registered that were assessed by the National P2JP between 1996 - 1999. The analysis used statistic Chi Square (x2) with alpha of 0.05. This study concludes that there is disparity of frequency of scientific works done by LPND researchers that have been examined by the National P2JP. The number of scientific workers of LIPI researchers each year is higher (45.8%) compared to that of BATAN researchers (22.83%), BPPT researchers (17.79%), LAPAN researchers (11.27%), LAPAN researchers (11.27%) and Bakorsurtanal researchers (2.31%)
