This researche is to intend to obtain the description towards the composition mixed normal steel by applying clean water PDAM and applied payau water. According to SK SNI T-15-1991-03 which is meant by the water of steel mixture mentioned as follows water for making and steel care aren't allowed to contain oil, salt, organic material and other materials contained substances destroy steels and steel bones The method which is used in this research in observasing towards the payau water source and the talking of payau water sample then making the tried of strengh of the steel in the laboratorium. From the result of the research could be know the cracked part applied the greater payau rather than clean and so applying water carelessly can destroy the quality of the steel. On this research could be found that payau water can be aplied for steel mixtures as happening steel strenght stressing reduction which is not suitable for the standard rule.
