Presently, collaboration in extradition between Indonesia and Singapore still remain problematic such as "a thorn in the skin". Although collaborative discussion has began since 1974, however, these discussions reached a dead end when discussion focused on listing of cases for extradition, specifically involcing smuggling and economic crimes in indonesia. The government has to find new initatives such as alternative means of solving money and business corruption overseas, especially in Singapore. One way to solve the problem is the application of negotiation and consensus namely through win-win solution, meaning that all parties can accept problem resolution that benefit both parties.
