This article describes an applied research study on human behaviour at Pisang Outlet. There were 100 questionaires distributed to 77 mostly teenage respondents. The result of study between age and occupation with type of information, while service and frequency of visit, age and type clothes, age and marketing mix, all were significant. It was recomended that pisang outlet compared to other Department Stores maintain their lower prices and follow fashion trends.
