These have been efforts to ratify the 1967 space treaty towards determining the definition of law related to space activities in Indonesia. Since 35 years ago, Indonesia had declared the Treaty that was ratified by DPR / Parlient. The number of institutions related to ratification gave positive statements that were not open to other national regulations. To the future, it is necessary to consider related to the issue and how to implement the 1967 Space Treaty Act.
