The research question raised was whether work satisfaction was influenced by staff loyalty? Furthermore the researcher was interested to analyze how far work motivation factors influenced work satisfaction. If the staffs is disappointed with work than it will influence staff loyalty. A 50 - item questionnaire was given to 50 staff to assess how far was their work discipline. Double Regression Analysis was used in study. The results or the study showed a correlation between work satisfaction and staff loyalty. Work motivation factors influencin work satisfaction were the following : 1)staff salary, 2) staff position, 3) type of work, 4) work condition.
