The purpose of the study to determine similarity in perception of male and female student on factors influencing lecturer quality. This study was conducted using a isquestion questionairem deshi..... to AKPINDO students, The statistical analysis used was Spearman's Bank Correlation with alpha of 0,01. Of 80 students sampled for the study, 68 were valid consisting of 34 male and 34 female students. The most dominant factor influencing lecturer quality was teaching attitude and style. The study concluded that there was significant uniformity between students of both gender related to factors such as intelligence, 5 sense capacity, interest, emotion, age, experience, knowledge, habits, and needs.
