Isi artikel(HILANG) A learning organization is an organizations that innovates not only its output, but also its resources in order to produce products or services. In learning organization, people feel that they are doing something that matters to them personally and the community at large. People are more intelligent working together than they are apart. The organization continually becomes more aware of its underlying knowledge base particulary the storing of tacit, unarticulated knowledge in the minds and hearts of their employees. Employees are invited to learn what is going on at every level of the organization, taking risks, and openly assessing its results. but, there are some constrains in transforming an organization into a learning organization. those constrains are at the organization and individual levels.
