One objective of national development is an economic system that focuses on people welfare. One program is to direct all potential to support funding of development programs. In this case the Letter Of Credit (LOC) to insure foreign commerce and legal sanction of the client. The issue that always occurs is bad conduct of bank clients. This not only affects the bank but also the reputation of the bank. Thus the LOC serves to facilitate transaction of developing business enterprise. Thus the LOC is commonly used in the business community. On the other hand, LOG requires a secure atmosphere and legal status of its clients.
