A Senior High School (SMA) library is an academic support and is a center of learning for students besides their class. A school librarian or whoever is in charge should pay attention to whether or not his school library which can serve its community users has adequate collections. The librarian should be able to do community analysis when he or she needs to provide or increase the library collections. Lack of skilful man power and finance are possible major concerns in building good collection. However, good cooperation between the school and the department of national education, parents, and school alumni should be done and run well as an alternative of the solution.
