Training evaluation has been well regarded as a must-do activity to demonstrate the extent to which a training program improves the performance of ex-participants and the company. Moreover, there is a need to evaluate a training program in financial terms, more specifically in terms of return on investment (ROl). This article provides step-by-step information on how to calculate ROl in training, also known as ROTI (Return on Training Investment).
