Isi artikelThis study is aimed to investigate the impacts of fiscal decentralization to the economic performance, especially macro economy and sectors. Real consumption, export and import volume, real GDP, real investment, inflation, employment, and wages are included in the definition of the term of macroeconomic performances. Sectors are divided in 18 industries. Import volume, price index, employment and value added are included in the definition of the term of sectors performances. The model and the tool of analysis used un the study are Indorani Applied General Equilibrium Model. To be more applicable for the study, the model is necessarily to be modified. Fiscal flow from central to regional and from regional to central government is introduced to the model. The Indorani Applied Geneeral Equilibrium Model is modified into monash Multi Regional Forecasting (MMRF) Applied General equilibrium Model. The new model incorporates the financial flow from both level of the government. The new model is also generated from Orani. The modified model then is called Indorani Indofed Applied General Equilibrium Model. The simulation of the model shows that the revenue of regional government increases 10 percents. The impact of the changes of the revenue regional government into the macroeconomic are positive and impacts to sectors performance are not significantly.
