Robot trainer usually works for a period of time and is controlled manually. Internet is potential to be used to access electronics and mechanical equipments including robot.The problem of this research is how to design and create robot controller program from a place with Internet connection. The objective is to design and create web based controller program of robot trainer ARM 7220-4. The result shows that the robot is able to move with coordinates set according to the data which are stored in database and serial data communication program that is used by computer to control the robot.
