Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) is a class of adaptive networks which has many of the advantages claimed for neural networks (NNs) and the linguistic interpretability of a Fuzzy Inference Systems (FIS). Hatchery machine has some advantages. The objective of this research is using ANFIS algorithm to get invers dynamic of plant and use it to control the temperature. The plant to be controlled is a hatchery. Hardware system in this research is controlled by microcontroller and computer combination. The result shows that the system works and the error of control system is minimal.
