Many studies have proven that psychological condition like the emotion life, personality and family life amy have influence to the outcome of the control on diabetes mellitys (DM) type I. This article puts forward 2 cases DM type I patients with different backgrounds personalities, emotional lives and family lives, Case I is a firl of 19 years of age. She has been diagnosed suffer from DM type I since she was 8 years of age, She has immature personality, unstable emotion, low self esteem and disharmonious in their family life. Case II is a girl of 19 years old, diagnosed suffer from DM type I since she was 8 years old. She has well mature personality, stable emotion, well adjusted person, high self esteem, and the family life is harmonious.
