The weakness of economy in indonesia is caused by the high dependency of foreign debt and the domination of conglomeration upon business world. The dependency upon foreign debt is interrelated by economy autonomous whilst the problem of economy gap including the domination of business world is connected by economy democratization. The islamic economic principle bases on equilibrium and just with active participation of parties in bound through parthnership system and also profit and loss sharing. Islam places economy in the mid position and balance in just in many aspects and economy activities : between capital and work, between production and consumption, and between parties within community. Therefore, all parties work together in obtaining profit fairly and sharing loss proportionally. The islamic economic gives high priority on the effort or action that spurs the growing development of business unit and employment such as small business, since the developing business and employment in a wide term will support autonomous and democratizational economy. Thus, the more people participate in doing economy activity the faster the autonomous and democratization economy will be reached.
