The competition law has been going on three years, even though the law just been enacted effectively for the last two years. In its infant stage, the competition law has been expricing with many obstacles. The commission for business competition (KPPU) as the most responsible body for enforcing the law has certainly facing with those obstancles. Few examiners through the PTUN have claimed the commission's competency, moreover, they have also demanded through the district court to stop litigation process handled by their commission (KPPU). This is an example of many cases that the commission has to deal with. The challenges are related to the conception and implementation of the law.
