Isi artikelLet us look carefully at an emerging marketplace as so called B2B marketplace in cyberspace world. The so called business to business (B2B) electronic commerce marketplace is a web site marketplace where buyers and sellers meet to exchange ideas, communicate, advertise, auction, bid, offer and conduct trading or transaction. On one hand, B2B marketplace will reduce cost and time spent by the firm doing the same business in off - line world, whilst the B2B marketplace will integrate the business to link up with customers, suppliers, and provider services all over the world simultaneously via online service called as internet. On the other hand, unfortunately B2B marketplace will threat to fair competiiton, since naturally the B2B marketplace connect many buyers and sellers to trade in the on - line market.
