The world has seem to be a global cillage for technology information, especially in the virtual world called as cyberspace, e -commerce, for example, has becomean important part for business. Internet has already explored almost every aspect of human life from personal need till public welfare such as communication, health, education, trade, government, public service and entertainment. In this article, the author suggests to reform contract law in facing with the increase of using online contract in commerce law was unable to accommodate some legal disputes caused by online contract. There are three suggestion ways for doing reformation in the contract law, such as : 1. through legislation by adopted current model law 2. through establishment of legal custom as lex mercatoria, and 3. through cases law. Even regulation has been settled partially, the substances of the law should direct to cyber law.
