Isi artikel
There are obvious advantages for techers in conducting their own error analysis research: they can find out why their students are making errors and then plan appropriate remedial lessons. But teachers wanting to undertake their own research are likely to have problems with the confusing glut of information on error analysis, and the lack of information on how to apply the results. After discussing some of the areas of contradiction and controversy in the field of error analysis project, including a detailed definition of interference error. Finally several approaches to 'teaching out' interference errors are outlined.
