Isi artikelThis paper suggests using lesson plans in a lesson series as a means reflection to help inexperienced or pre-service teachers make use of their limited experience to bring about self-development in teaching. It operate on the cyclic theory of reflection used by Kemmis and McTaggart (7982)8 bridges the gap between reflections made on the micro and mal dimensions of teaching. This paper discusses how reflective lesson plans are prepared, and gives an example from experience of using them if lesson series to bring about improvement in teaching. How and why' reflective activity helps is discussed, and implications are taken up.
