The context is the training of teacher trainers, and the specific focus is a UK course for ELT professionals from Polish teacher training institutions. The key issues that an evaluation of this kind should aim to address are 'To what extent are the stated goals achievable?'. To this end the background to the course is described, the teacher training materials are analysed, and a procedure for the evaluation is discussed.
