Isi artikelBesides the revitalization which the employees have had, recruting is one of important starting steps to develop human resources of company. The best measures of candidate selection and recruitment will be very beneficial for every company to get new promising and appropriate employees. In such a manner, their future development (which in turn will accrue to the survival of the company itself) is expected to be accomplished more effectively and efficiently. This writing deals mainly with an A to Z recruitment practice. To bgin with explaining the requirements ont he quality and personal performance of the candidates or applicants, this article describes the technical procedures of recruitment and explains why and how new and old employees should be educated and trained. Methods to promote, evaluate and renumerate them are discussed, too. This article is written based on the empirical experiences of a prominent banker in a country and to a certain extent it remains relevant to non banking companies in order to develop human resources.
