Diplomatic relationship has been known amongst international community since many centuries ago. This relationship is exercised by sending diplomatic mission from one state to anothei The diplomatic mission has significant functions, such as to represent their country’s needs in the receiving state and to promote friendly relations between the sending slate and the receiving state. To cany out this diplomatic functions saticfactorily, international law provides the immunities and privileges to the diplomatic mission in the receMng state. One of the immunities and privileges is the protection firvn attacks on their dignity In this paper the writer discusses the protection of diplomatic mission dignity which is given by the host state.
