The plastic manufacturing product develop very fast on the AFTA era. AFTA era will be make competition between factory very competitive. The develop factory will be opened the new branch in other place or other country. Set of problem accure when distance betwen factorys is very far, so this problem will maked a lot of lossing time on riset and development, design product, manufacturing process and delivery product. Example : the plastic manufacturing product needed a lot of mould, so we needed a lot of drawing, planning and manufacturing system to make the product. How many drawing will we make if we have a lot of branch ? Information technologu development based WEB will be able help this problem. This paper will be explain how to make planning and manufacturing system for mould product inter factory based WEB. Conclusion we can plannig and manufacturing syste, for mould product inter factory more efficien with information technology based WEB.
