| Productivity measurement is an important tool to analyze effectivity and efficiency at national, sectoral and enterprise level. The economic growth of Indonesia after five years in crisis is increasing in the first quarter of 2003 (3.4%). Somehow, this condition explaining the productivity at national, sector and enterprise level. At enterprise level there are many methods that can be use for productivity measurement, one of them is value added method. However, the application of this method is uneasy. There are several difficulties find, such as the measurement tend to be too broad, activity-oriented rather than result oriented, etc. Base on the barriers that arise, therefore some criteria which need to consider of: validity, completeness, comparability, inclusiveness, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. |
