The structure of testis and histologenesis of spermatozoa have been reviewed. Usually the testis has two important function : reproduction and hormonal. Experiments done by Clermont showed a clear explanation about human spermatogenesis. The development of germinal epithelium in the process of human spermatogenesis has 6 stages. generally section of human testis tubulus seminiferus consists of 2 or 3 stages, overlapping each other so that certain stages become blurred. One period of spermatogenesis from spermatogonium to mature spermatozoa required 74 days.
