Traffic light is one of the kind of tools, used to solve the problem of traffic jam in the croos of 3 or more lanes of road. It is a necessity to plan to arrange appropriate strategy, in order to have a condition that some traffic lanes can move without crossing each others. Graph coloring algorithm will be applied to solve the problem, which is case study taken at Rawamangun Cross road. The system is represented into combinatory and graph model. Welch-Powell algorithm is used to arrange the colour for graph, in order to have contigous vertex that using different colour and get minimal traffic light pattern.
