The role Helicobacter pylori infection has been frequently reported. This study has been designed to determine the frequency of Helicobacter pylori infection among dyspepsia patients beside to trace the role of serology test to predict the mucosal pathological change inside gastrointestinal tract and it will be confirmed with the endoscopic appearance.
