The developing of bamboo culm fiber started were done since sprout underlar.d up to 24 months. Observation done by preparing a slide using with standard methode Sass (1958). The observation showed that lignification of fiber begining two week3 of culm old, with cell wall 1,5+0,5 micrometre and 1822+49 micrometre fiber lenght. The fiber become maturating on 24 months of bamboo culm with 15+1,6 micrometre of cell wall and 2700+334 micrometre fiber lenght.
