Bovine oocytes with cummulus cell or without 'cummulus cell (denuded) have been matured in vitro Oocytes were aspirated from follicle of 6 - 10 mm., 11 - 1.5 mm, 16 . 20 mm anA larger than 20 mm in diameter, then oocytes incubated in TC . 199 medium for 24 hours. In 5 % CO2. The results show that oocytes ob. tained from follicle of anysizes either incubaied with cummulus cell or denuded can mature spontaneusly in culture, but the proportion of oocytes matured to metaphase II decreaded with increasing of follicle diameter, while the proportion, of degenerated oocytes were increased with increasing of follile diameter.
