In identification of people and criminal investigation, finger-print’s classification aand identification was done by manually and needs a long time to get the results. So, there is an initiative to make finger-print’s identification more simple and easy by using the digital image processing and some heuristic search. By using the image processing’s methods like “contrast enhancement”, “binarization" “, and “skeletonization" “, the finger-print’s pattern can be processed to get the expected image result with a good ridge. Some heuristic approach are usedfor identify the fingerprint minutae. By using the advantages and development of digital image processing, finger-print’s identification is expected to be done faster with some helps from a computer software.
