Between January to June 1993, the sexual drive: of 40 male fast siroke patients had been investigated at the Neurological Department of M. Jamil Hospital and private clinic in Padang. All of patients have had stroke for at least 6 months from the examination and still were living together with their wives. Diabetic and impotence patients were excluded from Iilis study. The age range of the subjects were between 24 - 76 years the average age were 55.5 :I: Il.4 years (mean:1.50).
