Development of a toll road can be regarded as an alternative road requires to be united with the ex¬isting highway Therefore it is necessary to carry out an engineering economy analysis in the term of the vehicle operational cost (VOC) incured by the amount of the vehicles that pass on the toll road and the highway. This paper presents the studs of the Srondol-Jatingaleh toll road in Sema¬rang. The study utilises secondary data (fuel price, lubricating oil price. tyre motor car price, new motor car price, workman wage. driver arid assistant driver wage) collected from reports include BPS and vehicle sotes agent. Using the criteria that the toll road price must be paid by the users were lower than the real price: The result concludes that the development of the toll road in that area is feasible.
