The objective of this research is to determine risk factors on head injury caused by motorcycle traffic accident in Surabaya. The sample was taken from patients 15 to 55 years old at Dr Soetomo hospital who were hospitalized during Augustus to January 2000. This study is an analytical study using unmatched case control study. The population of this study included all patients that have head injury in F warden. As control population are all patients that have non head injury but injury caused by traffic accident.
