A controversial issue in development sciences in Islamic perspectives or Islamization of scientific knowledge derives from the problem if there is an Islamic epistemology OT not. Scientists who reject the idea of Islamization answer this question with negative and argue that the epistemology which deals with methodological issues should be value-free and objective.
