An experiment was conducted to determine the protein consumption, nitrogen retention and body weight gain in broiler ration USL7g of banana with seeds peel fermented in broiler. There were five levels of banana with seeds peel fermented used in these experiments that are 0%. 6%. 12%, 18%, 24% in ration of broiler. Broilers were randomly assigned to five experiments diets in a. Completely Randomized Design with 4 replications. The result of experiment showed that no significantly different (P<0.05) among treatment on protein consumption nitrogen retention and body weight gain.
