Interspecific hybridization on Brassica genus were made 20 combinations from two cultivated and three wild species. The research was initiated by testing of successful of seed set, and then by observing of internal barriers on unsuccessful cross combinations. Cross ability of seed set was tested by a hand pollination method. An internal barrier was observed on the stage: 1) pollen germination on the surface stigma, 2) pollen tube growth in stylar tissue and up to micro Pyle; and 3} embryo development, by the microscopic methods. The result showed that a cross combination of oil rape as maternal parent with "petsai" was resulted the seeded pod, while other combinations were resulted unseeded pod. Average of seed' number of the cross combination is 20, 09+, 17 per pod. The internal barrier in 19 cross combinations were occurred at embryonic stage. The optimal embryo stages attaining were ranged between a heart stages up to a late cotyledone stage.
