Several propagation media of Heterorhaditis sp nematode have been tested at the Laboratory of Plant and Disease Department in the Faculty of Agriculture Andalas University Padang in order to find the effective media as propagation medium of Heterorhabditis sp nematode. This test used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 5 epilates. The treatments are propagation medical. Of Heterorhabditis sp, that is A (Spodoptera litura powder mixt:'..1re), B is. literal larvae), and C (dog's food). All data were G.lwlysed with test and continued by DNM.RT at 5% significant level. The observation was inducted to Heterorhabditis sp production in the propagation media. The result showed that S. litura powder mixture, 5. litura and dog's food gave the some effective as propagation media, but Heterorhabditis sp. propagation was faster to reach the peak of production in S. litura larvae and dog's food compared to Heterorhabditis sp propagation in S. litura powder mixture.
