The development of small scale layer enterprise is the addition of economies scale which need quite relatively big capital. To overcome the capital barrier, there are some financing alternatives can be used, one of them is venture capital. This study aimed to analyze more deeply the excess benefit gained by layer small scale enterprise. The utilized the alternatives of venture capital financing if compare with other conventional banking financing by measuring the rent ability and cost of capital. The reset showed that venture capital had capability for bigger rent ability with Return on Investment (ROJ) is 28,83%, Rerun on Equity (ROE) 123,40% and Cost of Capita] (COC) which lower than band financing, that is 27,16%. How-ever banking financing only established ROI 14,41%, ROE 61,67% and Coe which lower than other financing, sail pulpy nature capital is of the better alternative for financing.
