The experiments were to evaluate effect of ammoniated Palm Press Fiber (PPF) and supplementation cassava leaves on digestibility and ferment ability. Trial 1 was experiment to evaluate effect of urea for ammunitions on digestibility and ferment ability of PPF. The treatment were A = PPF (control), B = Ammoniated PPF with 2% urea, C = Ammoniated PPF with 4% urea, and D = Ammoniated PPF with 6% urea. The result of trial indicated that digestibility and ferment ability of ammoniated PPF was higher than the control. The best digestibility and ferment ability was attainable by amortization wit"- 6% urea. This best result was then used in trial 2 by supplementation of 0,5, 10, 15, and 20% cassava leaves based on dry better feed (source of branched chain amino acids (BCM)) an synthesis microbial protein, digestibility and ferment ability. The experiment diet imposed of 50% PPF and 50% concentrate. Supplementation of cassava leaves increase the digestibility, ferment ability and synthesis microbial protein. implementation of l5 % cassava leaves increase synthesis microbial protein to 30.64mg/l/ rout. The result showed that ammoniated PPF with supplementation 15% DM casual leaves was better in difficulty end synthesis in acrobat protein.
